1. Subject
These “Terms & Conditions of Sale” apply to the purchase of products via the www.p-line.it site, which is owned by P-LineEurope srl – Via di Fondovalle – Loc. Bolognana – 55027 Gallicano (LU), Italy.
Every purchasing operation will be governed by the provisions set out in Italian Legislative Decree no. 185/99 and, in relation to the protection of privacy, will be subject to the regulations set out in Italian Law no. 675/96 as amended.
Please read these “Terms & Conditions of Sale” carefully before making any purchase.
We reserve the right to change these “Terms & Conditions of Sale” at any time.
2. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of Sale
Every order placed on www.p-line.it implies the concluding of a contract of sale. By clicking on the “Confirm purchase” button, you are entering into a binding contract in relation to the items in the online shopping cart.
Once the purchase has been confirmed and the transaction completed, you will receive an e-mail containing a summary of the order placed. On receipt of this e-mail, the contract is deemed to be in.
3. Prices
All of the prices shown are in Euros and are inclusive of Italian VAT at the current rate. The transport and (if applicable) payment charges are shown prior to confirmation of the order. The products are charged at the prices shown on the site at the time of placing the order, taking no account of any changes in price that may be made subsequently or of any different prices that were offered previously.
4. Order
Upon “Confirmation of order”, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address you have supplied. You must verify the accuracy of the details and to inform us immediately of any corrections to be made.
On receiving the package, you must check carefully that there are no anomalies (strange bends, bumps, unusual adhesive tapes applied, etc.). In the event that the package displays any of these anomalies, you must sign that the goods are “RECEIVED BUT UNCHECKED”, in order to retain the possibility for reimbursement in the event of a complaint being submitted (if you sign for the package but do not include any statement of reservation, no reimbursement may be issued).
5. Product availability
The product stock information is updated automatically by the IT system. However, it may occur on occasion that certain products on sale are not currently in stock. In such cases, we will contact you immediately and offer a replacement product of comparable value or the partial reimbursement of that product – the choice of which option to accept is at your discretion.
6. Right of withdrawal
P-Line Europe srl acknowledges your right to return the purchased products, as envisaged by the current legislation (pursuant to Article 49, Paragraph 1, Letter (h) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, the “Consumer Code”). You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days, starting from the day on which you physically receive the ordered goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform P-Line Europe srl of your intention by sending an e-mail to shop@p-line.it. The e-mail must state clearly the decision to withdraw from the contract, and the details should be provided to allow for a reimbursement, if applicable (IBAN code for bank account or PayPal account address and name of PayPal account holder).
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send the products back, taking care to follow these simple rules:
- the products must be carefully packaged in their original packaging; they must not be ruined, damaged or dirty; they must be sent back complete with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation.
Once we receive the package, the goods will be examined to evaluate their condition (including any damage incurred in transit) and, if compliant with the quality standards set out in the regulations, we will credit the relevant sum (by bank transfer or PayPal) to the account stated in the letter within 20 days of receipt of the goods. In the event that the product is not in perfect condition, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised.

9. Competent Court
All disputes arising from the contract or associated with it will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Lucca.
